Eligible candidates must comply with the following :

  • Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries using the company’s  standard guidelines.
  • Handle client principal queries, answer general inquiries and complaints.
  • Taking booking, rate filings, general cargo, Haz cargo and ODC to be handled.
  • Support services to Documentation, Operational & Sales.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and operations & other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.
  • Follow up with shippers on a daily basis.
  • Identifying and escalating consistent or recurring problems with the system’s functionality.
  • Assisting management and Team Manager with any assigned special projects and providing backup as a team for and on behalf of
  • the team.
  • Sending load list details to the Ops team and sending SOB’s as to all the shipper’s/ forwarder’s
