Eligible candidates must comply with the following :
- Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries using the company’s standard guidelines.
- Handle client principal queries, answer general inquiries and complaints.
- Taking booking, rate filings, general cargo, Haz cargo and ODC to be handled.
- Support services to Documentation, Operational & Sales.
- Act as a liaison between clients and operations & other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.
- Follow up with shippers on a daily basis.
- Identifying and escalating consistent or recurring problems with the system’s functionality.
- Assisting management and Team Manager with any assigned special projects and providing backup as a team for and on behalf of
- the team.
- Sending load list details to the Ops team and sending SOB’s as to all the shipper’s/ forwarder’s
