Mundra CFS

The CFS Facility at Mundra has accommodated three warehouses spanning over a total area of 11000 sq. m. catering to the Import Export and Warehousing services. The three warehouse are segregated on the lines of utility and space under the following sections, a Large 7000 sq. m. warehouse for all Agro Products and two 2000 sq. m. warehouses for Mineral Cargo and Dirty/Powder Cargo respectively.

Our container yard at Mundra houses 750 ground container slots with each slot having support for 4 level of stacking. We also have a separate area for Hazardous Containers/Cargo and a reserved area for High Valued Containers.

The yard has a facility for 52 Reefer Points (with provision to accommodate more) and One DG Set of 500 KVA for backup in case of power failure.

Our yard has special facility for Maintenance and Repairs of Containers with two specially designated areas as empty container yards. Our first container yard of 16500 sq. m. is adjacent to the CFS and within the SEZ area, whereas another Empty Yard of 70820 sq.m. is located outside the SEZ Area. The primary idea to have two empty parking yards inside and outside the SEZ area is to provide a hassle free service environment to the clients who require container supply. The containers that need to be sent to the client factories/units for stuffing can be delivered with greater ease from the larger empty yard outside the SEZ area.

We have an exclusive Customs Bonded Warehouse facility in Mundra outside the SEZ Zone near the SEZ gate. This facility has a covered warehouse spanning 5000 sq. mt., split in 02 warehouses of 2000 sq.mt. and 01 of 1000 sq.mt. and an open yard area of 4000 sq. mt. best used for De-Stuffing of the import cargo at the warehouse and deliveries of the same as per the client’s requirement and convenience.

• A Separate office block provision is made on the yard for handling Customs, Shipping Lines/Agent, CHA’s, Surveyors within the Administration Building.
• EDI Connectivity and Hi-End Computer Systems are available at our CFS, The entire process from the Order of the Business to Gate-Dispatch of the Cargo/Container along with the billing is recorded in our secure software application.
• Safety is our primary concern and thus we have installed the latest and the most modern fire-fighting systems at our facility that is clubbed with smoke detection and alarm system.
• There are Two 100 tonne electronic weigh bridges for all the incoming and outgoing containers and tractor trailers at the facility.
• High Illumination Mast Lighting and Warehouse Lighting has been installed for better visibility, safety and security at the warehouse.
• Add-on services like Fumigation, Lashing, Chocking, Palletisation and Shrink Wrapping are available at the facility.
• The premises is in safe hands with our trusted security team, manning the place 24×7 under strict vigilance. For added security the CFS is also monitored remotely and on site with high definition CCTV Surveillance Cameras that are activated 24×7 and have a backup facility of up to 45 Days. Security is tightly roped and connected with Walky-Talkie devices and metal detectors and all access control for personnel movement and monitoring on the property.
